Editorial Advertising

I created this print ad to promote the release of Paula Deen’s cookbook, At the Southern Table. According to GfK MRI’s Consumer Ad Recall Study in March 2018, this ad received the highest noted ad score (the percentage of readers of an issue who recalled noticing the advertisement) in the epicurean category. It scored 90%, beating out ads from major brands, like Kohl’s, Dom Pérignon, KitchenAid, and more.
